S#(t Happens,Merry Christmas-1960- Life My Spouse I Ment my first wife by the side of old 101 in 1962 She was standing in the shade under the Nineteenth Ave. overpass.Yea , she was a working girl . wait ,perhaps not in the sense that you are thinking, She was a flag holder for Cal Tranz,doing a summer internship.It was a hot,very hot day .I had a cooler full of Cyder and YoeHoe in the back of my 55 chevy two door post.One thing led to another.We made our own new age refreshing drink commercial.;>) We wrote a couple of hit tunes, I still wrote most of the fortunes for Chinese cookie vendors,I've supplied Letterman with at least five top ten each week for years and we' r Still waiting for that one big break while living on residuals!! Some day I intend to start a real family ,Say Ozzie and Harriet,David & Rickie like . Remember Oz never went to the office. My kinda life style ,Oh and I'm working on the format for an all new game show - -It has a working title of All in the Family Fude . . .And a second brilliant idea,Called Survivor Bat Gawanna,Where people are left on a tropical island and they have to dig a whole large enough to attract all the bats from my bellfree and supplant them on said tropical island to be picked up there by the entire cast of Bay Watch except for Hasselhaufgh.This idea is shuntted sidways a bit during translation from my brain to the key board however your not reading this and I'm not editing it either.Time will tell. Also those in the delicate balance of the seven sea's, where I spend a great deal of time Redefining periferls of the worlds greatest water sport.The Sea is the womb from witch all life eminats! every time I make It out alive I repeat that mantra, Occasionally with hypothermia .I can't stand, and will not tolerate any kind of Animal abuse save the dreaded titsie fly ,mosquito's and nats.Less woe the folks responsible. I care for as many small critters as possible,My property is a virtual Zoo,But with continued support of the Humane Society. My spouses favorite charity.My Pets have always given love without question,My wife not so often,More often questioned,you gonna use that? and in doing so they have helped teach me to live a life of tolerance and compassion.and occasional weeks of celibacy,They still haven't taught me to spell though. while this seems so very important to some English majors , I get by with universal quantum physics and counting on my fingers and toes occasionally resorting to my other digit in a real bind.Smoke a White Owl Cupertino High 1963 Grads!!:>) Now spelling ? And they in return still do us ,after all these years;>)They are outstanding citizens and that is ,or ought to be enough for any parent.I wish College wasn't so damn expensive they have both been a in state of higher learning long enough to have their doctorate. School In Jr. high,College Park , a very talented and pretty girl named,Arlene? Nicknamed Steve , taught me to slow dance a very special way, Oh those first few post pubescent dances,I'm still all a dither, it wasn't the two step m mum had demonstrated before In the dance in our Parlor back in New York, Or Morro Bay Ca!!!,Thank Gawd the Girl found an open Half a dance on my dance card. No other girl in mr Ross's class danced like that. She was ,and hopefully still is so special. College Learning through continued, schooling and an ongoing Quest to unravel the origin and mystery that have evolved here on this big blue marble that we all owe stewardship to and we are all here to care for. As luck would have it I am Surrounded with Nobiloriates , Doctorates, and PHD's's that don't mind a spelling error here and there.Oh I almost forgot,I watch Jeperody every night .east coast feed ,so during west coast showing I amaze my friends spouting of questions and feel like a friggin genius...After all I may well be,Just ask around - !:>) I always wanted to be a CHP when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a dumb idea. As it turns out, they were way off. My second longtime oldest friend is a real lady,She has a place down south , ten acres of bottom land filled with avocado trees by the beach,She has an acquired talent making a fresh pie every day and at setting out fish hooks during slac tide.This leads her with the distinction of being a master at baiting.How ever when ever I get down south to the beach ,theres a warm place ready for me,After so so many years ,Don't you think that's kinda nice.I sure do,as I told Miss Pippert in a written esay during detention at College Park,I think old friends are the best asset that a person can have and keep.I don't think Miss Pippert gave a damn about friends.However at the time on this point we agreed. Oh I should mention that during these formative years I worked hard at farming every summer on my Grandparents place in upstate New York.It offered me what I think was the best three worlds to live in and grow up in. Although not sure if I was a surfer,a farmer,or a mechanic.What I slowly have come to know that I'm a guy who sometimes likes to Drive very fast on the way to the beach,If I have to stop and fix a lady's broken car I do so with a smile gladly,and pitch a little hay while I'm there as time allows.You can take the boy out of the country but you'l never take the country out of the man,Damn I Love My Life.
